Principles of Physical Delivery Commodities Offset Operations

To mitigate the risk of physical delivery for buyers and sellers of physically delivered commodities with open positions that have not been offset, the Company, in accordance with the account opening agreement, reserves the right to execute forced offset operations for such open positions no later than the business day preceding either the First Notice Day or the Last Trading Day, whichever comes first.
