Be Alert to Fraud Warnings
Dear Investor, recently, financial fraud cases have become increasingly common. If you are approached by unknown individuals promoting financial products, or receive website links via SMS, LINE, or other electronic means, please stay alert to avoid being scammed.
To protect your rights, please:

Do not trust information from unknown sources

Our company will never contact you via phone call, SMS, LINE, or social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) with claims such as “guaranteed profits,” “stock tips for free,” or “price/point information,” nor will we invite you to join LINE groups for these purposes.
Do not believe any claim that promises “accurate stock tips” or “guaranteed profits.”

Do not join unknown investment groups

If someone invites you to join an investment group claiming there is a teacher providing guidance or insider tips, please stay vigilant.

Do not use apps/platforms that promise guaranteed returns

Do not download Capital Group related applications from unofficial platforms or unknown links. Please identify and download the software listed on the official website ( Capital Software Download Zone (capital.com.tw) , or Leveraged Trading Platform). Please download our official applications only through our official website, the App Store, or Google Play.

Be cautious of any information urging you to join investment groups or purchase financial products

Investment decisions should be made with careful judgment. Do not trust unverified sources or others’ promises of profit.

Legitimate securities and futures firms will never ask customers to transfer funds to a private account.
