January Overseas Futures – Grains and Metals: First Notice Day Expiration Notice

The First Notice Day for January overseas futures in the grains, metals, and bonds categories is December 31. Position holders are requested to close or roll over their positions by 22:30 on December 30. Any positions not closed after the above time will be liquidated on behalf of the client in accordance with applicable regulations.

To avoid the risk of physical delivery for open positions, any unliquidated positions in physically deliverable contracts may be uniformly liquidated on behalf of the client prior to the First Notice Day.
