Capital Futures has formulated key management policies and implementation plans to address the needs and expectations of stakeholders. Based on the stakeholders involved in its operational activities, they are categorized into eight groups. The following is a summary of the key issues of concern from the annual stakeholder survey:

Identification and Disclosure of Material Issues

Capital Futures adheres to the eight principles of the GRI Standards: Accuracy, Balance, Clarity, Comparability, Completeness, Contextual Sustainability, Timeliness, and Verifiability. We also refer to international benchmark companies and domestic industry peers for material issues. Each year, we review and identify key topics related to our operations and make adjustments accordingly. We have identified three major topics and 23 sustainability issues. Based on stakeholder feedback through surveys, we assess the "level of stakeholder concern" and the "impact on company operations" to determine the material topics for the current year. The prioritization of these topics is reflected in this report. The matrix of significant issues for our company is shown below.
