Organization and Regulations for Treating Customers Fairly
In order to implement the Principle of Treating Customers Fairly in the Financial Services Industry, our company has established a Treating Customer Fairly Committee under the personal supervision of the General Manager, in accordance with our "Treating Customer Fairly Committee Organizational Regulations." The General Manager serves as the convener and chairman of the committee, responsible for the planning and implementation of the Principle of Treating Customers Fairly, and regularly reports to the Ethics and Sustainability Committee, which is composed of all independent directors, and the Board of Directors. The committee's administrative unit (Legal Compliance and Legal Affairs Office) serves as the dedicated department, responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Principle of Treating Customers Fairly in all departments.
