I. The company communicates with the management of investee companies through various methods, such as company visits, conference calls, seminars, and attending shareholder meetings. The execution and disclosure of engagement activities in 2024 are as follows:

• Exercised voting rights at a total of 315 shareholder meetings (all via electronic voting).
• Participated in a total of 25 company investor meetings.

II. The company establishes long-term client relationships and regularly and irregularly monitors investee companies through personal visits, telephone interviews, emails, hosting events, participating in shareholder meetings, and corporate briefings. For proprietary trading, traders analyze macroeconomic, industry, and individual stock information, and attend earnings presentations hosted by the stock exchange, OTC market, and various companies to assess the need for engagement and dialogue with investee companies.

III. During interactions with investee companies, the company gains insights into their practices, such as human rights policies, labor rights, corporate governance, financial performance, business strategy, and attention to sustainability issues. By participating in corporate briefings, the company engages in appropriate dialogue and interaction with investee companies to understand their dynamics and emphasize sustainability-related topics.

IV. The company covers topics such as labor rights, corporate governance, financial performance, and business strategy in its visits. Besides actively enhancing industry competitiveness, it also promotes the concept of sustainable development and maintains good interactive relationships with the management of investee companies.

V. Currently, the company does not have cooperation policies or cases, nor does it participate in any advocacy organizations related to sustainability issues.
